What we collect
For customers: your name, email, business details you enter in our form, and the logo and photos you upload. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. For businesses we contact: business name, public website, and the business email address published on that website.
How we use it
To create and deliver your package, answer your questions, keep records required for accounting, and — for businesses — to send a small number of relevant business emails, each with a working unsubscribe link.
Where it's kept
In a private database and private file storage hosted by DigitalOcean. Delivery links expire. Your files are never shared with other customers. We use Anthropic's Claude API to help draft content; we send it only what is needed to create your work.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with one click or by replying "unsubscribe" — it takes effect immediately and applies across all our messages. Ask us to access or delete your information at info@contentrescue.online; we keep payment records as required by law.
