Offer, delivery and refund terms

The offer
The 30-Day Content Rescue package is a one-time purchase of $79 USD. It covers one month of content and includes 12 single-image post designs (PNG) with captions, 3 additional promotional graphics, a refreshed Instagram/Facebook bio, 10 promotional content ideas, 10 review-response templates, and a 30-day posting calendar (CSV and PDF). It does not renew automatically. Ongoing monthly content is available by separate written agreement; contact us to arrange it.
Not included
Posting to your accounts, account management, paid advertising or ad spend, professional photography, finished videos or reels, extra carousel slides, editable design source files, or guaranteed sales or follower growth.
Delivery
We deliver within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding published closure dates) after your intake form is complete. If information is missing we will ask for it in one message; the delivery clock starts when the required information is complete.
Revisions
One consolidated round of small changes (copy, colours, imagery or minor layout) is included if requested within 7 calendar days of delivery; we complete it within 2 business days. A new campaign, a different business, a full redesign or additional deliverables need a separate quote. If we made a mistake — an incorrect fact, a broken file or a missing item — we fix it promptly and it does not use up your revision.
Your materials and images
You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photos and information you provide. Any stock photography we use is licensed for commercial use and is illustrative only; it does not depict your business, staff or products. Once delivered and paid, you may use the delivered content to market your business.
Refunds and cancellations
- Cancel before production begins (before your intake form is complete) for a full refund.
- Missing, defective or inaccurate deliverables are corrected promptly.
- Requests to cancel after production has started, or concerns about quality, are reviewed personally by the owner and resolved fairly.
